New Residents:
As soon as possible, please call or visit the office during office hours. This will help you determine the best way to pay your Resident’s Association Fees, provide you with the Community Rules & By-Laws, assign your resident ID's, and more.
And contact Diane Braun to receive a "Welcome Bag" filled with community info, area attractions and restaurant guides.

If any resident needs canes, walkers, wheelchairs or crutches, please contact Blenda or Angie for the free use of the equipment. If you no longer have need of these items, or if you permanently move from SCN, please contact them for pickup of those items. Also, if you have borrowed medical equipment and no longer have need of it, please return it so that other residents can benefit from this free service.

Volunteers make it all happen!
Why do the same individuals always seem to be doing everything? It could be because they love to serve others, or it could be that SCN needs more volunteers! Volunteering isn't just good for the community, it's also so good for the volunteer! Volunteering is so rewarding and actually quite fun! Our events won't happen without volunteer help. Contact any Board Member to find out how you can help.
SCN FREE Food Pantry
If you have need of food or hygiene items, please feel free to take a bag from the bottom of the SCN Pantry and fill it with whatever you may need. Everything is resident-donated and FREE to all residents in need.
If you're out shopping and find those BOGO deals, please donate NON-EXPIRED, FACTORY SEALED items by placing them in the clear bin located beside the food pantry closet.
Now you can donate PET FOOD and PET SUPPLIES too
