New Residents:
As soon as possible, please call or visit the office during office hours. This will help you determine the best way to pay your Resident’s Association Fees, provide you with the Community Rules & By-Laws, assign your resident ID's, and more.
And contact Diane Braun to receive a "Welcome Bag" filled with community info, area attractions and restaurant guides.

October 11, 6:00pm - Country Bash Potluck Dinner with "Cool Change" Band and a Raffle for baskets filled with great items (Bring your best "country" entrées, sides, desserts and your beverage of choice).

October 26, 9:00am-2:00pm - Craft Fair
October 30, 5:00pm - Halloween Party Dinner hosted by Management. Entertainment. Prizes for best costumes!
ONGOING SCN ACTIVITIES
We've had a great response! Many vendors have signed-up with more on a waiting list!
Craft Fair Planning Meeting - Sept. 30, 1:00pm at the Clubhouse. Input is welcome.
Volunteers make it all happen!
Can you sit at a chair? Perhaps taking or selling tickets for events would be perfect for you! Can you place tablecloths on a table? Or set a decoration on a surface? Maybe decorating isn't your thing - can you help set up for events, or pour coffee, or greet residents, or serve food, or wipe off tables? Volunteering is so rewarding and actually quite fun! And our events won't happen without your help. Contact any Board Member to help.
SCN Food Pantry
If you have need of food or hygiene items, please feel free to take a bag from the bottom of the SCN Pantry and fill it with whatever you may need. Everything is resident donated and FREE to all residents in need.
